In Thailand, The Central Islamic Council of Thailand's Standard is the reference for qualifying Halal restaurants. The requirements for Halal restaurants are outlined in The Central Islamic Council of Thailand Act (BE2540), clause 39, which covers the standards for Halal restaurants, kitchens, and food services.
While Thailand welcomes visitors of all faiths, the majority of its population follows Buddhism. Because of this, all Bangkok dinner cruises don't offer Halal food options yet. However, we understand the importance of Halal food for Muslim guests and are happy to share that some cruises are working towards Halal certification.
